The Guinness Partnership, a leading provider of social housing for rent, affordable home ownership, housing for older people and a range of care services, has awarded OpenView a key maintenance and services contract.  Awarded through a Fusion 21 Framework, the contract covers the whole of the southern region.

OpenView will be providing compliance testing services as well as all reactive and remedial repairs for a wide range of installed systems including CCTV, door entry, access control, IRS (integrated Reception System) and warden call.
