OPENVIEW GROUP EXTENDS COMMITMENT TO TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT WITH NEW APPOINTMENT

The OpenView Group has announced the appointment of Jonathan Pedley as Learning and Development Lead. In this new role, he will be responsible for the development and delivery of personalised training courses to upskill new and existing staff as well as working to extend the company’s successful apprenticeship programme.
Jonathan has a degree in Psychology and is a Kirkpatrick Certified Professional. He has expertise in conducting all aspects of the learning cycle from design and development through to delivery and evaluation. He is particularly skilled in the creation of blended 70:20:10 training solutions to guarantee maximum knowledge retention and ensure that business change initiatives are facilitated effectively. He has a broad range of learning and development expertise gained through working for organisations such as npower, British Gas and Barclays Bank.
Commenting on his appointment, Jonathan said: “I am very excited to have joined the OpenView Group at this time and look forward to working with everyone to develop exciting and engaging learning materials.”
